Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at Cambridge International Advisory Group. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, conducting market research to identify potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and negotiating and closing business deals. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of business development principles, strategies, tactics and techniques
Excellent communication skills including active listening, verbal communication, and writing business proposals
Demonstrated ability and comfort in conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as a team member
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and use of CRM systems such as Salesforce
Experience in the financial services, management consulting, or related industries is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
